Abstract
Transposable Elements and Repeat Analysis in notothenioid fishes, including the codes used for the analyses, the Transposable Elements (TE) and repeat database used for the analyses, the results obtained for the analyses genome-wide, in the LA cluster region, on the entire chromosome containing the LA region, and the MN cluster region.
