Abstract
This dataset includes data for the Ar/Ar analyses of samples collected during the 2018-2019 field season at Mt. Waesche. All analyses were conducted in the New Mexico Geochronology Research Laboratory at the New Mexico Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources. Samples dated are from lava flows and eruptive centers on the southern flank of the volcano. Material dated includes groundmass concentrate, anorthoclase, and plagioclase. A total of 133 ages, ranging from 94.6 ± 12.1 to 425.9 ± 4.8 ka, were generated as part of the project. This data set includes raw isotope values, corrected isotope values (for blank and baseline measurements, decay, and detector intercalibration), calculated ratios, standards and reference gases values, and monitor information. Additional information related to age calculations, sample preparation, irradiation, instrumentation, and analytical parameters is also provided.
