Abstract
Data on female Weddell seal physiology associated with reproduction, including serum hormone concentrations (prolactin, LH, FSH, estrogen, progesterone, T4, and cortisol) and findings from reproductive ultrasonography (pregnancy status, ovarian structures). The dataset includes females' recent reproductive histories and subsequent reproductive outcomes, as well as age, mass, and body composition parameters. Some supplementary animals, including males, are included for serum prolactin concentration data only.
