Abstract
This dataset is a result of a study which uses Monte Carlo Markov Chain and geostatistics to infer subglacial topography from sparse bed elevation measurements. The dataset consists of 40 equally probable realizations of subglacial topography in the Denman region. Each of the realizations is constrained by conservation of ice mass (mass conservation), complies with bed elevation measurements from bedmap3 dataset, and has a realistic topographic roughness. The topography has 1 kilometer times 1 kilometer resolution on a regular grid in polar stereographic projection (EPSG 3412).
