Abstract
Bulk stable isotope data from the baleen of 5 blue whales and 5 fin whales sampled at 1cm intervals along the length of the plate. Data set includes meta data information regarding the individual whale including species ID, sex, whale length, pregnancy status, catch location, date, vessel name.
