Abstract
Trematomus scotti mt-co1 sequence alignment used to generate descriptive genetic statistics (number of segregating sites S, number of haplotypes h, haplotype diversity Hd, and nucleotide diversity π), estimate pairwise FST indices of genetic differences between geographic areas, and create a haplotype network.
