Abstract
For this study, larvae were collected every week for the entire summer field season from five sites, four located on Cormorant Island and a fifth site on Humble Island. The dataset contains microhabitat data for each site, as well as the metabolic rate, carbohydrate content, lipid content, and protein content of the larvae collected at those sites for each time point.
