Abstract
Included in this dataset are in situ carbon-14 concentrations for a series of bedrock cores recovered from the subglacial extension of Kay Peak, a grounding-line-proximal ridge of the volcanic edifice Mount Murphy (near Thwaites and Pope glaciers). Concentrations measured in these bedrock samples have been used in the associated publication to demonstrate that the Thwaites-Pope glacier system was thinner in the Holocene than it is today.
