Abstract
NSF Office of Polar Programs provided funds to support US participation in the XIIth Scientific Committee on Antarctic Research (SCAR) International Biology Symposium in Leuven, The Netherlands (July 2017). The data set indicates demographic data (e.g., career status, institution) for travel award recipients. Preference was given to students and other early career scientists, these applicants received 83% for the funds awarded.
